You should contact with your national organization which is the member of WPF. See the list at the WPF site.

First the team or individual participant should send us the filled registration form. Then we create invitations and send them to the corresponding embassy. Then you visit this embassy with the passport. Week or so - and that's it.

A question about Round 1 Circle Sums
a) When you say the numbers cannot be repeated in each row or column, does that mean the numbers in circles - e.g in the example, there are two 4's in the top row.
b) Why in the example does the top right number need to be a 4? Why not a 1?
Thanks

Yes, the numbers IN CIRCLES cannot be repeated within rows and columns.

Sure, bad example
Actual puzzles aren't going to have multiple solutions.
Foreseeing the question about Part I Easy as MINSK - yes, bad example too, sorry. C's and P's are not supposed to be the neighbours.

I spotted another couple of mistakes, perhaps there will be an Instructionbooklet Rev. 2.0...
page 11, puzzle 11. Numbers are badly positioned in the columns
page 18, puzzle 2 (Arrows) the digit 5 bottom right is correct therefore its' wrong (lol:)
Page 36 puzzle 15 Two ways. The puzzle has two solutions

Yes, you're right. From now on the description should be read like:
"Create the crossword containing DIFFERENT words of Mumbo-jumbo dictionary."

Mistakes in the Instruction Booklet found so far:
Part 1. Welcome
1. Easy as MINSK
Error in the example: Same letters are not supposed to diagonally neighbour.
2. Circle sums
Error in the instruction: "Digits IN CIRCLES cannot be repeated within any single row, column and sum."
Multiple solution in the example.
Part 2. Mixture
11. Domino castle
Error in the example: wrong placement of the givens.
Part 5. False part
2. Arrows
Wrong example.
7. Triangle sums
Wrong example.
Part 7. Sprint
4. Mumbo-jumbo crossword
Error in the instruction: "Create the crossword containing DIFFERENT words of Mumbo-jumbo dictionary."
7. Sea by numbers
Error in the example: Given fleet is not correct.
Part 8. Assorted
2. Half-dominoes
Error in the example: One of the givens is wrong.
5. Pintamino
Full pentamino set is not shown.

Here is another couple. But perhaps these are more requests for clarification.
Part Viii, puzzle 16 Number Loop. What means "loop not touching itself"? in my opinion it does touch itself (the contact between 2 and 5 in the second row and perhaps also the contact between 5 and 3 in the fifth column
Part VII puzzle 10.Hundred. I have found a second solution, 5,59,36; 59,18,23; 36,23,41. If this is not acceptable because 3 numbers are repeated this should be specified.

Well, it's a LOOP (like in Simple Loop), not a SNAKE. "Not touching" means that the loop cannot pass through the single cell twice.

The rules doesn't restrict repetition, so it's a mistake in the example.
Thanks!

a last minute question
Is there a mistake in the description of part 3: "Construct 6 squares 3x3"...... 3x3 seems small to host 17 tetrominoes.... How big do you consider the examples, 2x2, 6x6 or what?
possibly a topic to clarify in the Q&A.
again (sorry), Stefano
